Workshop 1: Building Thinking Skills with Chatbot as a Buddy – Han Zhijin (Fairfield Methodist Primary)
Showcased how chatbots can scaffold individual thinking while sustaining collaborative idea improvement.
Workshop 2: Making Collaborative Maths Reasoning Visible with AI Scaffolds – Michelle Tan (Fairfield Methodist Primary)
Demonstrated the use of AI tool Snorkl to support mathematical reasoning, peer discussion, and reflective thinking.
Workshop 3: Learning Analytics for Teacher Reflection and Intervention – Dr Aloysius Ong (NIE)
Explored how Learning Analytics can help teachers understand classroom discourse, strengthen interventions, and foster a positive knowledge-building culture.
Workshop 4: Knowledge Building with Artificial Intelligence – Kennedy Loo (NIE)
Presented strategies for leveraging AI “hallucinations” as prompts to spark critical analysis and collaborative idea improvement.
